The Gunners' ten-match winning run came to an end by Sunderland prior to the global break, but can the Premier League leaders recover against local foes Tottenham this Sunday?
"{I believe like Arsenal are light years ahead of Tottenham currently but Spurs boss Thomas Frank will have a plan for this match," stated soccer specialist Chris Sutton.
"Frank will attempt to neutralize Arsenal, who have not always been at their scintillating best this season - but Mikel Arteta's team usually still manage to win."
Sutton is forecasting results for all 380 Premier League fixtures this season, against AI, fans and a variety of special visitors.
In the twelfth round, he takes on singer Olly Murs, who is a Manchester United fan.
Murs' latest record, the new release, is out on Friday.
Olly is a talented soccer player as well as a accomplished artist and has been a star of several Soccer Aid games over time - but he is not intending a serious comeback as a footballer.
"{I actually played in a benefit match the other evening for a friend of mine," he explained. "The side was losing 3-1 when I came off in the second half, and they proceeded to win 4-3, so you can interpret that what you want!
"I continue to love football, but I injured my joint a few years ago and it still isn't where I want it to be. I hope I could play more but the unpredictability of the game means it's too risky for me in my career to do it properly again.
"Plus I am forty-one now, and we are not all Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very happy not playing football and I am preparing for the moment that my child or son chooses to play instead."
The singer and his wife his partner have two children, their daughter and Albert, and he is prepared to follow in his father's footsteps by taking on the role of their coach.
"I won't push football on our kids but I've already told Amelia that if they do get the passion for it then I will have to go and get my manager qualifications - and I will likely be coaching their Saturday soccer side," he added.
"I observed my relatives play a lot, and I really got into it, and I obviously was involved with a football club for a period too.
"My father coached with us when I was a child, which is probably where I inherited it. He coached our team for two or three seasons and had a wonderful time with it. That could be the next step for me as well, and I am excited to it!"
The Blues may have to wait a bit longer for their star's comeback from injury but their offense is already more potent with Joao Pedro and Delap both back fit.
I still think this fixture will be quite close, though. The Clarets are well organised and their only home defeats so far have been against the Reds and the Gunners.
It suggests a one-all tie to me, but I am actually going to go with Chelsea to edge it for what would be their third consecutive league win in a row.
The expert's forecast: 1-2
The singer's pick: Chelsea will be superior. 1-3
Artificial intelligence's prediction: 0-2
Bournemouth have been defeated in their past two matches - although both of them were on the road - but they got thoroughly beaten by Aston Villa last time out which shocked me.
On the other hand, the Hammers secured two in a row before the international break and, although both of those games were at home, they appear strong again.
West Ham's only on the road win this season came at Nottingham Forest in the summer, when their manager Nuno Espirito Santo was still that team's manager.
Therefore, what exactly do I go with here - can the Hammers continuing their streak under their manager, or Bournemouth responding?
I will choose the Cherries, because I believe what happened against Aston Villa was a anomaly.
The pundit's forecast: 2-0
Olly's prediction: Bournemouth are performing strongly but West Ham have picked up under Nuno. 2-2
The algorithm's prediction: 1-1
The Bees were seen as one of the frontrunners for the drop before the season began, but they have impressed a few observers under their manager and are in fine fettle with three wins in their past four matches.
A family member told me to get Bees forward Igor Thiago in my fantasy soccer team a few weeks back and, guess what, I didn't listen.
The forward will likely score again on the weekend but I am still not going to select him or support the away side at Amex Stadium.
They have not had great fortune on the travel this season, and Brighton are always strong at their stadium. Brentford will try to attack on the break but I think the home manager's side pose much more of a threat.
Sutton's prediction: 2-1
Olly's view: It could be a match where you expect there is going to be a many goals but it actually proves to be rather close. 1-1
AI's prediction: 2-1
It is a massive fixture for Fulham, who have suffered defeat in five of their past six matches.
They have have plenty of quality in their squad but it still feels like they could be sucked into a drop zone fight.
Regarding the Black Cats, indeed they are the unexpected success of the top flight season so far.
Their display in the two-all tie with Arsenal last time out was excellent. We've not witnessed anyone else disrupt the Gunners like that this term, and Sunderland were more than a match for them.
The logical choice to do to back the Black Cats here, because they are obviously able of roughing Fulham up too and, the previous occasion they were in this part of London, they defeated the Blues at the close of last month.
However I am not going to choose that. Instead, I truly need to continue opposing the away team with my predictions. I am claiming a lot of credit for their good results because they evidently enjoy to prove me wrong.
Looking at the home side's at Craven Cottage form, the only side they have lost to is the league leaders. Marco Silva's team will be absolutely eager for a good outcome, so I am going to predict they will secure three points.
Sutton's prediction: 1-0
The guest's choice: I'm aware Sunderland are doing well and additionally that the hosts are on a bad streak... but they have still been decent at home this campaign. 2-0
AI's outlook: 2-0
This is a tough one to predict. The Reds have suffered seven of their past 10 games in all competitions, but could they be among the sides who benefit from the {international break|
